Bad Customer Service

Made a booking a month ago and it was accepted by the place when it was time to check in we were told there is no availabilty. The owner refuses to give us back the money she is rude with clients. I would suggest people never book with them and airbnb must actually block them on the app as she has no customer service etiquette.

My partner and I suggested that we go there for a night since the money is with the owner as airbnb advised she is even refusing that. Her name is Julianna.
