Flat No 3, Woodford Grove no. 14

I moved in a flat beginning of March, paid the deposit plus rent and lease agreement but I never got to sign that lease agreement. For what reason, I don't know. When I moved in, I noticed few things that were not right in the flat like gyser was not working and the pipe in the bathroom was leaking. I reported this first week after I moved in but nothing happened until I was at the end of the second month. I den gave a notice to leave the place,guess what when I left the place they couldn't give me the deposit back and said ill get it when they have found someone to move in. The caretaker doesn't want to give the number for the landlord, till now I haven't received my deposit back. When they advertise, they tell lies only. When you go to the place none of the things they mentioned are there.
