not even the decency of an answer

I contacted Bosch to enquire who to use for repairs as my fridge was not working. They confirmed it must be an approved contractor and gave me the details of NNdulamiso Appliances. They invoiced me R5 291-80 of which was duly paid immediately. Every approximately month, my fridge fails to get cold - hence not working.<br> After spending R5 291-80 nor NNdulamiso Appliances nor Bosch is answering my letters or calls.<br> <br> Their service is appalling!!!
