I honestly dont think what they are doing is legal. They need to be reported so that their business is officially shut. They also ****med us R3000 of security fee stating that we made noise. They sent us a chart apparently from their noise detector which we didnt even know about. The funny thing is that we were asleep during those times they mentioned. We even asked them to check their cameras to see that there was no activity during those times but we didnt get any help even from the support team. All me and my husband did that weekend was read, work and watch tv so this was a huge disrespect to us to say we were noisy. Some of the equipment in the villa did not work and that Sunday morning when we were supposed to check out there was no water. Total disaster on top of ******** us that security deposit. The host was very rude, pity I forgot to get her name because she eventually blocked me when I kept questioning about my money back. I call on everyone who has an attorney to take this matter up legally so their business can shutdown.
