I’m fuming because of this company that ****med me out of my deposit of R3000! These people don’t want to return my deposit and they are stating that I exceeded their noise level of which it’s utter *******! We were only two in that apartment and we not loud people! We never made any noise and I think this is a way of them ******** people!

I asked them for proof that the noise was from our apartment but they couldn’t! First of all there’s no mention of this deposit prior to one making a booking! Only once you have paid for the rental then they mention an amount of R3000 as a Sercurity deposit and there is no mention of what this is for! I had to pay the deposit because I didn’t want to forfeit the R1400 that I have already paid! This deposit isn’t paid via Airbnb. So it’s something they are doing on their side of which I also find this very odd!
