POOR SERVICE

I never name and shame on a public space but time to vent. NN Hotel & Apartments in Sandton, penalised me for breaking the noise level one night out of five that I stayed there - never mind that I was just sitting watching TV. They withheld a R3,000 BREAKAGES deposit. When I tried to enter into a mediated negotiation that there where four minor peaks in the high zone (convinced it was when I boiled the whistle kettle on the stove), they blocked me from sending any further messages and blocked my cellphone number. Further more the deposit was not paid through AirBnB it was paid into a private Capitec account. Also it took three weeks of waiting and only when I enquired as to when I could expect my deposit back, I was told I had broken the noise rule. I have photos to show the pristine condition I left the facility in. Furthermore in order to obtain a 2-bedroomed unit, they made me pay for 3-people! I did not complain about what was lacking, that linen had holes or that the unit lacked battery operated lights or even candles for load-shedding. I have stayed at many AirBnB facilities, hell I have even been a Host for 3-years and never have I felt so ******! NN Hotel & Apartments in Sandton, located at 20 North Road - please don't support them, or if you do, be WARNED! What you see is not what you get.
