NN Hotel Apartments Sandton

I was ****med out of a so called security deposit of R3 000 by NN Hotel & Apartments. I booked earlier in the month for a 2 night stay for R1 400 on AirBnB, a day before I was meant to checkin my booking was apbruptly cancelled for a violation of my booking they said. My R1 400 booking fee was refunded but not my R3 000 security deposit. All forms of communications were cut off on AirBnb by this hotel and I have not been able to communicate with this host since except for AirBnb who are struggling to assist. I was given a direct number but to no availability. The Hotel is a **** for making money at people's expense. If there's anybody who can assist in getting through to this ******** so I can get my money would be greatly appreciated.
