NN Hotel & Apartments on airbnb is a ****

I wish I could rate this place 0/5. I made a booking with them for one night, the 8th of July. I paid the reservation fee of R700. Upon payment I received a message from the host requesting a security deposit of R3000. I told him that I cannot afford this and that I’d like a refund. Their response was I’ll only get a refund if someone else makes a booking for the same night at the same rate/booking fee. It was not stipulated in the booking terms that the deposit would be so high. It’s misleading! DO NOT BOOK THIS AIR BNB, THEY’RE RUNNING A ****
