I have been **********

I have bought a 2016 Polo Tsi 1.2 with 189000 Km on the clock. As I was desperate and I needed a car, I made an application for car financing through the dealership and I was given a finance by standard bank which I bank with. I am not knowledgeable with cars and what to look for when buying a car. After two weeks or so I really found lots of things that are not up to scratch with the car. Amongst others: 1. The car has been re-sprayed. 2. It is seemingly was in an accident before 3. It has been chopped and built again

These are some of the many things I have identified and which were not disclosed to me as a consumer.

The car had a purchase price of R189 000.00 and I paid the deposit of R60 000.00. Which could have reduced the purchase price to R129 000.00. However, it was indicated on the statement from the bank that the principal loan amounted to R143 000.00 and the repayment debt is R137 000.00 with the monthly installment of R3300 for 73 months. For the car that the marker value is R120 000.00, was it a just transaction to have been offered? I feel like I have been ********** for a lack of understanding what I was signing for.

Can I get any help with regard to this matter?
