The NMS Autobody repair advised that I need to change my intercooler on my car, since it was not covered by insurance I had to buy it and also they charged me over plus minus R2000 for removing the old one and fitting in the new one. On the day I picked up my car they had connected the fan to run automatically once I start the car, first red flag, they also quoted the insurance on Lower Engine Cover/Spoiler since it was damaged during the accident but they never bothered to fit it in, they refitted the old one. With my understanding it was included on the quote because the old one was damaged. The intercooler just fell while driving because it was not secured correctly and since the Lower Engine Cover/Spoiler was already damaged it could not protect the intercooler as it also broke and the intercooler got damaged as I did not notice it fell until I saw the temperature raising. Now they make it seem as if I was suppose to remove the bumper and inspect everything they fixed. I don't fix cars and I trusted their work. Now they don't want to own up to their mistakes. I have to spend more money because of their mistakes?
