I got my sub standard repaired vehicle back with a dead battery

I am gobsmacked at the service by these panelbeaters. I was forced by my insurers to use a business that was on the Toyota panel. When I went to fetch my vehicle it had not even been cleaned properly or polished nicely, which is what I would have at least expected after them having taken much too long on minor repairs. It is my opinion that they did the least they could have. THEN - When I tried to start my vehicle the battery was completely dead and the vehicle would not start at all.

When I took my vehicle to them there was as ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with my battery. When I complained about this, expecting at the very least an apology and an offer to replace the battery they had completely allowed to run down, all I got were excuses, with them saying they had no instruction from the insurance to fix the battery. Well, since there was nothing wrong with the battery when I took it in, they obviously would not have. I also had to ask more than once that someone please help me jump start my vehicle. I tried to discuss this with the owner, but that was useless and he refused to take any responsibility, saying I must have taken them a vehicle with a damaged battery, which was not true. I literally had to buy a new battery myself. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my whole life from panelbeaters.
