Stethoscope poor delivery service

i bought one of the most expensive stethoscope on Monday and it was the only one left. By right i was to receive it the same day or in 3 days. However the driver came after i made effort and they didn't get me on Thursday because i am a Dr and i was busy at that time. Now i am told i will get it on Monday.
