Hi I took my car in yesterday as a walk in emergency due to anti freeze leak Not a word yesterday regarding the repair !!! But just to say at 4.30 pm it has not been looked at yet!!!! REALLY! Now 24 hours later not a word their main line answered after my third attempt! Then to hang on for Kasshan who was too busy to take my call??? We have bought 4 Mercedes from them in the past four years cash only to receive the worst service ever on a motor industry ! A Doctor friend of ours said he has driven Mercedes all his life until a year ago . Due to the SHOCKING service

23 Apr 2024, 13:20Update on NMI should have explained to me that it could take three days I was never explained that because I was a walk in could be there four days I must wait my turn for an antifreeze cracked pipe I’m on my way to fetch it snd then trading my car in and it definitely won’t be Mercedes furious
