Bad service

I went in to buy a new C Class but no salesperson attended to me because I drove in - in a i10. I asked the lady at the entrance if I have to walk in a suit to get some service and she just smiled. Incidentally this also happened to me in 2005 when I bought my 1st C class. Needless to say that I bought the car in 2005 but in December 2019 I changed my mind and bought an AUDI and the service is excellent from the time you walk in.
