Poor of the poorest service
I reported a matter of my car kicking out gear number 1 and gear number 5, they booked me to book in my car after 7 days, after another 7 days with them sitting with my car with poor communication of the progress I have been forced to go to their workplace everyday to find the progress unfortunately till today I do not have anything concrete they have given me about my car. They say they have stripped the gearbox and waiting for results as from last week Thursday and today its Tuesday they say my clutch is worn out which I do not buy, clutch has nothing to do with the car kicking out gears that are so far apart from each other, even if you can Google the diagnosis it has nothing to do with the clutch, and I do not see them fixing my car anytime soon, the service manager Nozi Mtshali only updates me once I have asked my wife to call them and enquire about the update. They only prioritize people with big cars and rich people. I would never advise anyone to buy a car from them. It is with great sadness because they have good sales people but when the car ha a problem , sales people have no power over that but the people responsible for managing fixing and servicing yooooh ,they make your head spin. The service I have recieved is the poor of the poorest. Even Bush mechanics are better that the service from Forn NMI pinetown.

PATHETIC SERVICE!
This is an absolute pathetic dealership, they don't worry about your safety and have zero ratings for customer service. I'll never deal with them again or even recommend their services to anyone. Now it's clear why everyone is going to Chinese and electric cars cause big brands like this have no knowledge about what their doing and they put females in positions that they cannot handle and project their emotions over service.

Excellent service
What a superb excellent service from the staff I have recieved, they were very welcoming and caring, Hopewell Ndlovu, Sinamile Gamede, Mbali Khambule,Nozi Mtshali. They provide the best service any customer would ever want. Keep it up guys

Excellent service
