Pathetic And Disgusted

I wish there was a no star option. When I bought a vehicle from them they use to call me non-stop. The minute there's an issue with my warranty and it's details Noone is to be seen or heard from. Stacey the FNI pretends to be so friendly we exchanged numbers so that she can be in direct contact with us but the minute I have an issue she doesn't even read my messages. I called the dealership to speak to any other FNI available and they always busy left numerous messages but once again no reply. I don't even have my vehicle serviced by them I'll rather drive out of the way and head to Tygervalley's Branch. Honestly wish I bought my vehicle there instead. Can't wait to trade in and move away from that pathetic Dealership.
