Worst service ever

I submitted all documents for a claim on 31.01.2018. Ive called and emailed on numerous occassions. 5 weeks later and my funds arent even dinvested as yet. Everytime i call, i am promised feedback by this "administrator", which obviously never happens. Ive sent another email this morning and will probably get the generic "6-8 weeks TAT" response. Im starting a business and need these funds to purchase infrastructure.
