Worst Pension Administrator in South Africa

This company should have their FSCA license revoked. The are so many people complaining about it, I honestly do not know why employers still invest peoples hard earned money with them to administer.

My previous employer sent through my documents in August/September and when I followed up end of October I was told they haven't sent the documents, I emailed my previous employer Imperial Logistics (DP World) and they said they will resend the documents. Now I have sent through emails trying to confirm if they got the documents, no one responds. I have tried to call so many times, but you hold for more than 2 hours without the call being answered, I wonder if they are people who actually work there. I sent through an inbox on linkedin and I was told it was escalated internally, when I asked when should I expect feedback, I haven't received a response. The was a post on Linkedin where the lady had to have a viral post for her monies to be paid out, so should we all do the same and tag everyone for our monies to be paid out? This is the worst service ever.
