Worse service ever

I was retrenched in 2020 and got paid the balance of my provident funds after tfry have settled my home loan according to nmg. To my surprise till today the home loan is not settled I am still paying my home loan whereas NMG still having my money that was suppose to settle home loan.if it's TRUE that they have been paying ut means the payment have rejected 4 times and they are not doing anything to fix the matter. I have been sending emails from the 17th of February 2020. I have contacted their claims department numerous time and I am not getting any respond. I have also tried to contact their finance department (Rufiq and Rochelle) still they not responding, I only get the respond when they are out of office. Please assist as this is the 3rd month that I will be paying my home loan and they have my money to settle my home loan. Ut means that once I run out funds to pay my installments my home loan account will be in arrears or repossed whereas they have my money and they dont even care. I have requested them that they should transfer the funds into my bank account and I will settle the liab by myself and still no respond. And when I checked on their website it says " it takes 2 to three weeks to make a payment and only got my payment after 6 full months and still my issue is not solved. Your assistance will be appreciated.
