Words cannot describe how disappointed I am.

I really do not know how to express the pain caused by NMG to my family , being a widow and waiting for my late husband provident fund for over a year now all I can say is WOW. A lady called Sharon all she does whenever she decide to answer her phone is that she will call me back with an update which she never did, no update, no call back no reply to emails nothing, I wonder what they do daily.
