Withholding of pension and provident funds payment

In the 8th of May 2018 I signed all the paperwork for payment of my pension and provident fund. At he pick n pay head office then the HR submitted the paperwork for processing to NMG benefits. On the 14 of June 2018 I called NMG to check status for the payment. They informed me that the payment has been processed from their side on the very same day. They said I must check it within the next 48 hours.. Which then on Monday it was still not reflecting. I called them again on Monday they told me that the payment was processed I went to the bank which there money was still not reflecting on my account. On Tuesday I called again spoke to a lady by the name of Puseletso whom advised that the payment was made on the 14 however went to check with management and informed that there seems to have been a sys error on their side hence the money did not go through.. They have corrected this and the money should reflect in my account iwith 48 hours. Thursday afternoon I went to the bank again a d the money was still not reflecting on my bank statement. I called NMG spoke to Rochelle whon told the me that that payment was successfully made from their side, she requested my bank statement. I then faxed it to her then called to confirm that she had received it..which she did and told me that she would check with management. After 30 to 40 minutes I received a call from a gentleman by the name of Labels whom the told me a completely different story.. Something about SARS stopping they payment and that the money would be processed after a week. This sounds very doggy to me can someone please tell what's really going on? And when I will get my money.. As i have kids to feed a d I'm starting to stress.

Please can you help me get this sorted.
