Withdrawal of my provident fund

They don't deserve a star they have the best poor service ever since last year October 2024 when I submitted my claim they've been telling me stories and now they don't even pick up the calls when they do the only thing they does they just tell me they will ascilate to the manager which is Madaline and I wanted her office no she doesn't even pick up the phone and they told me that the tax man hasn't replyed they have to submit again. Like seriously this is my money that I'm asking for they have the poor service ever will never recommend them to anyone. When I send them emails they redirect me to the administrator who never get back at first it was Lufuno he/she never replyed to my email neither giving me a call and yesterday it was Mapule she replyed and asked for my ID no that was it she never got back to me it's so frustrating shym NMG benefits you have the worst service ever. 😡
