What an absolutely useless business NMG / CEDAR!
If you ever get referred by a company to join their pension and provident fund, immediately stand against this. This is just a name I’m sure there is no-one working in this business.
After 2 weeks of trying to get hold of people to query about my pension fund payout, I still do not have any answers on the whereabouts of my money. I eventually got hold of a receptionist who then transferred me to another department, after about 1hour 10minutes waiting, there was an answer on the other side. I was then informed that they cannot help me I must phone the following 2 numbers: *** and ***. Do these two useless people even exist? Direct extensions where a constant Unavailable message gets repeated.
Please be careful how and where you invest your money. And if you hear the name NMG / CEDAR please think twice.
At this point I am left with no alternative but to refer this to the OMBUDSMAN.
