WHAT A DISSAPOINTING FINANCIAL SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!STAY AWAY,YOUR MONEY IS NOT IN GOOD HANDS
NMG is the worst Financial Services Company I have ever come across in my entire adult life. Still waiting for my claim, more than 4 months now approaching 5. I have submitted all that was requested from me on time. They promise 6 - 8 weeks turnaround. For companies and individuals looking into using this company, stay away as far as possible. What a disappointment, you have plans with your money, but they will just not pay, it will be one story after the other. I am just feeling for everyone really desperate for food while you have money being kept by a company, imagine if you have no income, you will have to go for loans etc. while having money with a company that simply does not care.

It is most definitely not the service levels we pride ourselves on. We have sent through your complaint to the relevant department as well as have escalated your claim with your dedicated claims administrator, please may I also request that you forward your details and query to *** and you will be responded to within 2 hours.

Honestly not bothered about email addresses as I have been emailing since 7 July 2023, I am also taking this matter further. All the complaints here are exactly the same. You are a horrible company that simply does not care.
