Waiting forever to have funds transfered

I have been trying to have my provident funds transfered from nmg to Sentinel retirement fund since April 2015 The last e-mail from Rirhandzu on the 9/11/2015 was that the disinvestment did not pull through correctly, further in the email she says that should i require additional information \do not hesitate to contact her"but forgot to inform me she would be out of the office for a week. After getting an email from Elma who was apologetic and said she would follow-up the same day and notify me of the outcome"
