Waiting forever for a claim payout - absurd!
I have sent my claim documents of my late husband's retirement fund through the 29th Of October 2018 - and still I am waiting for the payment.
I have sent several e-mails and made several calls to the administrator, but up to date nothing. She only replies to about 1 email of every 6 I sent. There was so many times I was told payment will be made within 2 weeks - BUT NOTHING! Every time "two weeks, Next week Friday, 2 Jan 2019"....
BADDDD Customer service!! Please sort this out asap!!
