Waiting for my Pension fund

I submitted my pension fund application through Nmg Benefits and all required documents were received on the 27/01/2015. I didn't received any response/feedback since. I then called them and Spoke to Thabiso on the 05/03/2015 and he confirmed I will receive my pension before the end of March 2015. I haven't received my pension fund and I'm unable to get hold of them as they are not answering their phones.
