Very Poor Service

Good Day, We are currently working on an 8 week turnaround from receipt of documentation. We received your documentation on 10 September, so you will be paid by 10 November. very bad service after been promised that pay out will be on the 10/11/2020 I phoned today and was today to follow up next week wednesday after waiting for full two months
