Very Disappointed with Service

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently requested a payout of my funds from NMG. Forms were submitted on the 11/11/2016 but only processed on the 07/12/2016 almost a month later. in December, I had a family crisis (which I am still going by through) and was in desperate need for the funds so I asked politely if the could speed up the process. They response I got after a week is that their TAT is 6-8 weeks. I would not recommend NMG to anyone they are not customer orientated and I don't think there's any urgency in processing your forms. I've had much better service with Liberty in that within 3 weeks my funds were processed without me having to enquire about it. I mean the ratings on hello Peter speak for themselves, NMG has 1.8 whereas Liberty has 3.0</p>
