unprofessional and unorganised company

So I posted a comment last week.... nobody has gotten back to me yet. Now thembelihle is not anywhere to be found now there is this man Charles that phones me to say the money will be in my account Friday 08/01/16 definetly and then when I call them today he rather wants to be more aggressive and rude after he made the mistake.... now they requesting more documents that was already sent in to them on 15/12/15 and thembelihle confirmed she received all the documents. ... any excuse not to pay me money I rightfully earned and worked for.... and no1 will give me a no for a higher manager. Nobody wants to help or make an effort... why should they care they get their salaries every month.
