unclaimed benefits

Good day <br> <br> Kindly assist in solving this metter thats been going on for 7months already and i am not getting anyjoy ,I received a call february 2015 for my unclaimed benefits from Data Factory on be half of NMG advising me to fill out forms for my unclaimed benefits ,I then filled the forms and sent them back as per request and then later on received an email confirming that they ve got all my details and will foward them to NMG .Till to this day i still havent received my money ,I called 011 509 *** several times to follow up Spoke to Anne and Lloyed who kept passing the buck when asked to speak to a manager they kept telling me she is not available ....please assist as you are my only last hope .
