Unapid Claim for over 8 weeks!!!

Good day <br> I would like to express my dissatisfaction and would like someone to resolve my issue please. I have been waiting for my providend fund payout for over 8 weeks now. I have been dealing with Tshepiso Selometsi. <br> When I called in 3 weeks ago to query the status of my payment she let me know that she did not receive the documents from my previous employer to process the claim, she said that she would follow up later that day and once all the documents are received call me back to confirm it will be processed. She didn't call me back, I had to call her back and she let me know my HR rep sent everything through and that she submitted for payment and it would take another 3 weeks. <br> Since 26 May, I have been calling her and no answer, no response to messages or emails. I then called in this morning and spoke to Deon Mtambo, was on hold for 10 minutes and he lets me know that the documents are still not received from my previous employer and they are still waiting. H e then tells me that I ca request it myself and then send it through to them <br> <br> Unacceptable, over 8 weeks to wait for my own money and nobody actually knows what's going on and I get **** to?
