Two different stories
Submitted my docs 19 Feb 2016 on resignation for claim. Confirmed with Edith that docs have been received on that day. Untill last week I was informed by Edith that all was finalised. Enquired today from Thabiso, as Edith is on leave, and was informed that Edith has not even started with my claim yet!<br> <br> How is this possible?!?! Been told it's finalised, now told has not started processing?!?!?!<br> <br> What the hell is going on?!?!<br> <br> Unemployed, bills to pay, kids to feed. <br> <br> Please!!!!! I need answers!!!
