On the 20th of August I was issued with a statement showing my available funds for withdrawal after having submitted all the necessary documents. I just used their interactive WhatsApp service and to my surprise they can no longer trace/find any funds under my profile on their system. How convenient. Amazing NMG Benefits, guess you the only one's that benefit from clients. No wonder you can't even send me my settlement letter after making payout promises.
