THIS COMPANY IS CONSTANTLY OUT OF REACH!!!
I have been trying to access my NMG acount for a close to a month without luck. Their contact number is constantly busy, i have been on hold for over 9 minutes. Their WhatsApp is constantly saying 'sorry, this service is feeling the pressure'. When you click forgot password, their recovery email will not send you anything.
How on earth can we access our funds if we cannot reach them on any platform. This is unacceptable.
