I’ve been waiting for my pension payout since i resigned at my previous company since June 2024. I have called numerous times and received different feedback and different payout dates. I then got into contact with a woman named Cheryl who was extremely helpful with regards to my account. She called me a few days later saying that i should expect my monies on the 25th September 2024. It is now the 30th. I have called everyday since the 25th and have not been successful in reaching Cheryl. I am disappointed, i have used of my personal cellphone meaning i have used over R1000 airtime in order just to have a quick conversation with regards to my monies and when that will be received. It’s been through a process, investment had to release my money, then sent for tax clearance and then payout but payout is not received. This company is pathetic and have yet to learn how to keep the satisfaction of their clients. I will never recommend this place to anybody. Either they have run away with the money or their is no money at all.
