The worst service ever.

I have been trying to get Nmg to pay my provident money for 7 months now. They have been making empty promises and till this day my provident hasn’t been paid. Whenever l tried to call their offices, their line always rings and no one ever answers. I have tried calling the Cape Town branch too but they also do not help with anything, they will always transfer you to a consultant who will not answer their phones. I am very frustrated, l tried sending them emails but they never respond to their emails either. I do not know what to do now.
