The Worst Customer Service Experience.
This organization is such a joke. No one knows what they doing, everyone gives you answers that they feel are right which is always incorrect. They make a simple task of withdrawing a pension fund seem like I'm asking for diamonds to be mined. You can't continue serving customers like this soon will you be out of business for being so imcompetent.
