Terminations Department NMG - I would like to give you a good review based on the level of service that I have received in the past 15 weeks. Yadhasan (Das) Naidu & Lerato Phetla have given me all the assistance and support that I required during this un-claimed benefit. They have managed to update and inform me on all the processes as they were taking place and although the withdrawal was past the 8 weeks turn around based on the fact that they kept me informed it made the process much easier.
