Terrible service resulting in harrasment by SARS

I was a member of NMG Benefits through my previous employer Discovery for pension and provident funds. I resigned from Discovery 28/02/2015. NMG only app**** for my tax directives on the 21/04/2015 (which falls into the following financial year) and as a result the financial years reflecting on the IRP5 directives do not correlate to the tax benefit year (2015 viz 2016). NMG refuses to fix this even though they processed my applications late-notwithstanding that i gave sufficient notice for my resignation and submitted my NMG forms timeously. As a result, at SARS it reflects as though I owe the tax on these amounts (which I do not as it was deducted by NMG and paid to SARS) due to the conflicting financial years. I am now being harrased by SARS and being told I will be garnished and neither Discovery nor NMG are willing to assist me-nor is NMG willing to fix anything. This is extremely depressing and is driving me to therapy bcoz now I must battle with SARS alone though I am not the one who caused this *** up. I emplore South Africans to stay away from NMG.
