Terrible service

In 2013 my mother instituted a claim against my father's pension ad part of a divorce order. Her claim was moved from consultant to consultant. She was told that they are waiting for the payment value from the previous administrator. On the 13th June my father passed away and we submitted a death benefits claim to go along with my mother's divorce claim. Late 2014 the values were supp**** NMG. We have been in contact with them monthly since then and have been told their are waiting for a resolution from the trustees since February 2015. My mother's claim has still not been settled in close to 2 years. I am frankly tired of excuses. Someone must just take responsibility and finalise our claim. We can not wait for over 2 years for such a simple matter.
