Terrible!!!!

Terrible service, I will never allow this company to be administrators of any of my funds in any way. I’ve been waiting for my pension payout for over 3 months now. It’s a struggle to get hold of them.

-Shenaaz Bhoola- allegedly didn’t process the request to start with as per Mpho(Shenaaz does not respond to mails at all) -Mpho Tsotetsi- the refund date moves every week(when I send a follow up email to her today, got a response that she doesn’t work there anymore) -Tsakane Malukeke -Mduduzi Mngadi -M. Brummer- I assume is their manager who does not respond aswell. That place is chaotic, there’s no structure. Imagine these are the people who are “supposedly”managing our funds!!!!!🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
