Switchboard operator Susan Ramakwakwa 👏👏

I would like to commend Susan Ramakwakwa, the receptionist at NMG benefits. I called yesterday, very disappointed by the service I received from NMG with regards to an Unclaimed Benefit Claim. Susan took it upon herself to get the administrative manager to call me and followed up with a call today to check if I was called by the manager. Susan, you’re an absolute asset to NMG after the previous bad service I’ve received. Well done to you 👏👏👏👏👏 you should actually be promoted to the administrative position.
