Subpar service!!!!

I switched companies at the end of August 2024 and requested that my pension fund be transferred. Now, seven months later, I still haven't received any valid feedback. I'm constantly promised a callback, but none come through. Every time I contact the call center, I get a different response. Where are my funds, and who is benefiting from the interest on them?
