Still waiting for my payout 9 weeks later

I have requested via email more details about my payout and received a standard response of please wait 6-8 weeks. It's now 9 weeks later. Their website says you receive a response with 1 day, today is day 2 and still waiting. I need a date of the payment. Please email me feedback as I'm currently out ofcthe country. **********
