Still waiting for my payout

I resigned from Discovery health effective 07 July 2015, which well over 10 weeks ago and submitted the relevant forms for my payout. I was advised that I would receive my payout after 6 weeks, which was 20 August 2015. This did not happen. I contacted both Discovery and NMG and it seems my forms were not processed up until that point, and were only processed the day after. It is now almost a month since then, I had been advised that due to the delay, NMG will process my forms ASAP and would be assisted by Thabiso and Tarryn. I called on Friday 12 September and was advised I should expect to be paid out on Monday as it takes up to 48 hours for the money to reflect in my account. This did not happen. I haven't received my payout till now. I have tried to contact Thabiso via email as well as the phone but have had no response.<br> I just need to know when can I truly expect to be paid out. It's been almost 3 months now and I feel like i am being pulled from pillar to post about this
