So I left the company I was working for on the 30th of May 2025,I had asked my employer to prepare for the withdrawal of my pensions with NMG I was informed that withdrawl takes about 6-8 weeks,on the 16 of July I phoned for a follow up and I was told that the claim is stuck because I didnt specify what to do with my retirement pot,I gave them a go ahead and waited still I kept calling for progress but they kept lying to me every single time i phoned them until I was able to speak to the administrator that works with my company Last week monday she phoned and said the process would be done by thursday the 14th and to my surprise she sends me and email this evening(Sunday 17 Aug) to say the disinvestment stage is not final howerever they can offer me an amount of R15000 while I wait…what game is this
