slow and inefficient
<p>I find that it is completely rediculous that one has to wait a period of 6 to 8 weeks after sending a motivation explaning personal circumstances. Even more frustrating is that the benefits belong to you and you as the member have to just hang around no matter what your personal circumstances are. Staff refuse to help escalate your request as if there is no escalation process. The staff are blunt and rude when calling through to ask for assistance. Emailing consultants directly will get you no where. Absolutely unacceptable!!</p> <p> </p>
