Retirement Fund Payout Taking Too Long

I submitted forms for the my retirement fund payout on the 25tf of February after resigning. I am currently unemployed and still waiting for the payout. It’s difficult to get hold of NMG to give you some type of an answer or feedback. I was told it was disinvited on the 14th March but no Tax Directive has been done. They stall and don’t put their clients first. The contact center agents don’t have any information and administrators don’t take calls. So the agents promise to email and call back. But never do. My bills are pilling up and I am getting frustrated because I am also unwell
