Request incomplete
I'm not impressed at all to say the least. I queried a couple of weeks back, and a lady by the name Bophelo responded via email - then a couple of days later I received my pension fund pay out but not the provident. My problem is no one had sent me an email or any correspondence to say why I didn't receive the other one or when I'll be receiving it. I was under the impression that they are supposed to be deposited together or maybe the same day. I tried responding to her emails to ask, cause I just want to know when will I be receiving my provident fund payout. I just want an indication as to when I'll be receiving it. At this point in life with every under siege with the pandemic, peace of mind with my money is what I need.
